The team at Bytown Dental were all fantastic. My hygienist was incredibly patient and careful throughout the cleaning process. She explained in detail what she was doing and was careful to handle the tools with precision. I really can't provide enough kudos as my cleaning process was painless and efficient. My x-ray tech was also incredible. She provided thorough explanation of the technique Bytown uses to capture the various x-rays and was quick with the process. Was referred here by someone and from the receptionist all the way to the hygienist and Dr. Holm was an excellent experience. Dr. Holm did a complete evaluation and was very thorough and transparent with my current occlusion. He was the first dentist that didn’t recommend invasive surgery to get the “ideal bite”. The chairs were comfy, the ambiance was calm and the location was easy enough to get to. Will be back
I got rid of my problematic wisdom tooth, which was causing me chaos, in just 30 seconds. I am very sorry for the pain I suffered, before, I wish I had met them before. Dr. Roland Eid is amazing, he is the best. It definitely deserves all the praise. Who can say “I had so much fun while dent extraction” . I do.
Had my first visit at this dentist - have not visited any dentist since before COVID, so I was nervous and apprehensive for how the exam would go. Dr Eid is amazing, patient and kind. He shaved down a tooth I’ve hated for years - on the house - and then Lynn took care and patience with her cleaning. A great business with excellent staff - will make you feel comfortable and totally got rid of my dentist fear. Excited to get back into good habits.
As a new patient at this office I’ve had nothing but great experiences with all the staff. They are all all experts, and I feel very informed and taken care of as a patient!
