This is the worst company I have had to deal with for a bathroom renovation. First of all, I called their company to explain that I was unsure about the design I was going for. Their employee reassured me that it was no problem and that someone would be sent over to walk me through the design process. On the day of the meeting, two people from the company arrived an hour earlier than expected. This was inconvenient for me, but I still offered to let them come in.
