After many attempts to resolve a contract with Bytes Back Data Recovery, I can see that they are experts at not holding their end of a bargain with us. Caveat Emptor on "Bytes Back Data Recovery" -- they'll STEAL YOUR DRIVES and give you nothing. Their sales pitch, particularly by owner Jack Harper, will remind you of the slick ol' days used car and insurance salesmen. They'll promise you the world and pull the rug out from beneath your feet instead. We shipped them 2,000 hard drives on a full freight pallet, were promised a specific range of return, and six-plus months later and dozens of excuses we got ripped off by "Bytes Back Data Recovery."This guy has a BAD reputation... read more
