I have ran across several products that trace back to this company & they all fail in virtually no time. Worse I have found so far is the Bytech Flexible Tripod Fan. This thing runs for a short time then simply dies, its not worth $1 let alone what I paid for it. On top of that whoever carries these products is just being hurt by doing so, there are a couple stores I wont shop at anymore simply because I might get this companies products without more research of their origination.

The customer service for this company is HORRIBLE. This is not a language issue. Their strategy is to delay delay delay to compel you to keep their product. And when it is clear I wish to return the item and do not wish to negotiate, they directed me to return the item to the return address on the package that I received. When I emailed to tell them they should have received the return, they then said the item cannot be returned to that address. If you wish to purchase the watch anyway, do NOT use PayPal. Horrible, HORRIBLE Customer service. I purchased a smartwatch from this company. Now the watch may be fine, but I decided to return the watch UNOPENED. Instead of refunding me the funds, they offered a 5% refund if I kept it. I had no need for the watch, so I declined. They kept increasing the proposed partial reimbursement until i got fed up and reached out to PayPal (who also deserve a failing grade I will address with them). I just bought a Liquid Sand EarBuds, and the quality is terrible, it's not sealed properly, had scratches on the clear outer shell when I opened the package, and inw of the earbuds isn't even charging! Never Buying Bytech again!

This company produces products for the trash. My complaint is the same as others: terrible product, even worse service. I plugged in my STARTER massager gun to charge, and it actually decharged itself and wouldn’t work. When I contacted customer service with a video showing it plugged in and blinking at the lowest battery level without holding a charge, they said that it appeared to be charging and I should unplug it and turn it on.
