I just bought a Liquid Sand EarBuds, and the quality is terrible, it's not sealed properly, had scratches on the clear outer shell when I opened the package, and inw of the earbuds isn't even charging! Never Buying Bytech again!
This company produces products for the trash. My complaint is the same as others: terrible product, even worse service. I plugged in my STARTER massager gun to charge, and it actually decharged itself and wouldn’t work. When I contacted customer service with a video showing it plugged in and blinking at the lowest battery level without holding a charge, they said that it appeared to be charging and I should unplug it and turn it on. Horrible company with horrible customer support. Purchased a e-bike thru a local company and the derailer let loose and jammed the 2nd day I had it. Attempted to contact the company who the bike was purchased thru as it was a 3rd party. They stated the warranty was not thru them but by tech and gave me the contact info. I purchased Bytechs weed eater product. I used it out of the box for normal weed eater tasks in my yard. The battery ran out of power and I charged it. After charging the battery, the weed eater will not start. I have been working with Bytechs support group for almost 6 weeks. They insist on having a video of the machine that does not run. So I sent them that. Then the next questions were concerning the battery and if it was charged (I included this in the video), and they want to know if I switched the cutting blade.
