Byte was a waste of 3.5k that I could have used to actually fix my teeth and they don’t think about the safety of their clients teeth with the hard plastic. So now I’m left without 3.5k, teeth still not straight just more fragile and holes in my teeth. So if I could go back and tell myself one thing 4 years ago Is, Go to an orthodontist that will be hands on not over mail or virtual.

Does anyone know how to get in contact with this company to get a refund? I was told a while back that I needed a doctors note to get my refund and now that I’m trying to get a read my refund nobody is answering.

Straight up dirty work. Straight Smile, LLC (doing business as Byte), and its parent company, Dentsply Sirona. You all sold people on a Lifetime Guarantee, took our money, then disappeared when it was time to stand behind what you promised. I paid $1,600 because I believed what Byte was advertising, and now the lifetime support I paid for is nowhere to be found. I’m not letting this slide. Try Invisalign instead. Byte has a class action lawsuit against them.
