Was a quick and easy process
Best ever! I had braces previously and hated having to go to the dentist every week. This is the simplest process from pricing to getting the items in the mail! And the aligners are no hassle at all. Even though they have tools to use if you have issues I didn’t have any. Highly recommend them!
I’ve had a very pleasant experience with Byte so far! I was super skeptical but they have been on top of everything. There is always someone with open communication with you to answer questions and walk you through where you are in the process. Once I sent in my impressions and got a virtual plan to review, I asked to have my plan tweaked slightly before I committed because I wasn’t fully satisfied yet. They adjusted it and sent it back very within 24 hours. So far I am very impressed. Now waiting for my retainers!
I love the personal touch Byte provides with their customer service. I have a varying schedule and can't always make phone calls especially during business hours but Byte allows you to text and email when its convenient for you and walk you through every step of the process. Super fast and easy service due to my personal byte advisor, Alex! I was able to receive one on one service and full details on my plan and because of the great time he spent I decided to actually do the Byte at Night aligners, hardly making the time any longer and I’m able to do everything I want during the day and pop them in while I sleep or have lazy days at home. I can’t wait to receive my aligners to give an in-depth review!
