Byrum's has been taking care of my cars for 20 years, and have a much better and honest record than any dealers or other mechanics that I have been to in Charlotte. I drive from accross Mecklenburg to go there, for one simple reason, they are worth it! My experience is that they are forth coming about all matters and communicate all across the experience. Byrum's Automotive is the best! My family has been taking our cars to Byrums for about 20 years. They have been able to fix issues that other mechanics have been unable to. We had a car under warranty at Carmax - Carmax couldn't fix the transmission problems; even after putting a new transmission in the car, it didn't work right. After one visit to Byrums, it was fixed. I have total faith in the mechanics skill and ethics there.
Great work at great price! They worked on an '88 Cadillac we had. We have never had another shop in Charlotte give us a better maintenance service than Ron did for such a REASONABLE price! If you need your ride worked on take it here!
Byrum's I have taken my vehicles to Byrum's for the past ten years or so to have any mechanical work done that I need done. The mechanics on staff are very experienced and helpful. I have never had a problem with a vehicle go overlooked or unfixed there. They do a wonderful, quality job in a reasonable amount of time. The hours that Byrum's operate are very good too as I often do not get off work until 5:00 and they are open until 7:00. I really like and appreciate that. Prices are quite reasonable as well.
Awesome Mechanics! I take my car here for everything-repairs, inspections, you name it. They are always friendly, and I really like their hours 7a-7p. This allows me to drop by there after work and they always get the job done right!
