I brought my vehicle in for a diagnostic because a previous mechanic couldn't fix a transmission issue and an oil leak. When I left the vehicle, I was not given a receipt or any written diagnostic report to confirm the issue. Worst mechanic shop in Charlotte, they swindled me out of $2600 and I had to go to another mechanic who fixed my vehicle for $495 they are LIARS and are not trustworthy and I will be filling a claim with the BBB as they are deceptive. The mechanic lied about my repairs then came back and said he couldn’t fix the problem because “ it was my engine” took it to a reputable mechanic and he instantly fixed it. It’s very sad for people to prey on women.

I took my car there to put on machine to take the check engine light off. They put it on the machine ,printed out paper of repairs over 1,200.00 worth to turn off light. I did all the repairs and car kept cutting off, then they charged me over $300 for camshaft censor.
