Byron plumbing came out to snake my drains. They're clogged with Roots. When they finished one of the workers tells my wife that snaking isn't their specialty. When I get home from work after paying $250 the drain still has the roots in it. I tried calling Jim to resolve the situation and he did not answer my call. If I would have known that snaking wasn't their "specialty" I would have called someone else who specializes in it. Thanks for avoiding my phone call last night Jim. Excellent and professional service. Arrived quickly after calling. They explained everything and were friendly and very helpful.
Really bad customer service. He says to text his number and he will get back to you with an appointment date that he’s available, and then he just goes ghost. It’s been two weeks
