If I could give this a zero star I would. Took my booking with booking.com but cancelled last minute leaving me to find alternative accomodation. Now they won’t reply back to booking.com to confirm they cancelled the booking so I can’t even get a refund. Do not book with these people. They are scammers!
Hotel cancelled booking with no warning for Easter 2022. No refund made. Unable to contact as phone is disconnected and no response to emails. Please make contact if you are the owners.
Would give 0 stars if possible. Bathroom door was broken when we arrived, lost our bond because of a claim we did the damage. Abusive manager tried to evict us at midnight as he did to many of the other guest while we were there. Extremely unaccommodating and would not recommend this place to anyone.
Stay far far away. Won’t accommodate for travel restrictions. Appalling customer services. Claims nothing is his problem. It’s the customers fault they have been in lockdown. Someone with this much anger and frustration towards their customers shouldn’t be in this field. (Ashley) the lease is ending so they are gathering as much money as they can. Thank me later.
