The Nurse was kind, polite & understanding the Patient is the Priority. Dr. Williams is Patient & explains everything being done. Difficulty in getting an appointment, also to many Last minute Cancellations & Rescheduling weeks or Months later. Great Doctor but a bit of a Circus act to see him.
Front desk Personnel is Rude, Combative, Unprofessional, Lacks empathy & has no sense of Urgency. The Nurse was kind, polite & understanding the Patient is the Priority. Front desk & Nurses are Awesome ! Polite Professional & genuinely caring. Dr. Williams is very patient, you leave understanding everything. You came to find out. Best of all he takes his time with you. I Absolutely RECOMMEND Dr. Williams
Best doctor ever! I’ve always struggled to find a doctor who listens! Dr. Williams listens to my concerns and provides me with the best care/treatment. He is very knowledgeable and respectful. Dr. William will sit down with you and explain detail by detail what you should do to improve your health.
