The receptionists are rude and incompetent, routinely inputting incorrect appointment dates and times. After years of showing up and being turned away because "your appointment is actually next week" or "we cancelled your appointment because you didn't answer our phone call this morning" I have become very meticulous about confirming appointment dates and times before putting them in my calendar. Rude and condescending front office staff. They didn't seem like they wanted to help at all.
Great staff and doctors
Usually a good experience but I find the reception team is quite unfriendly. Recently tried to get my girls in to be seen they all sound like they have chest infections and the receptionist told me to take them to emerge for something that isn't an emergency during a measles outbreak... I don't see how that benefits us at all.. especially when our doctor has specifically said come to us not emerge.
AMAZING PLACE!!! People are so kind and caring!!!!!
