Facility was adequate for its purpose when I rented it. Made sure to remunerate the DJ and bartender very well for their services. Had to leave messages in order for someone to call you back for initial tour, didn't seem like an issue, but should have been a red flag. I used the facility in December 2012, was told I would received my deposit back once the facility was checked after use.
