Awesome staff
I've been going to BDG for way over 20 years. I'm on my 3rd dentist and luckily everyone of them has been good. Dr Kyle is my dentist now and he is very good at letting me know what my options are. I know (in my case anyway) he has had to spend alot of his time figuring out a good plan for what is best for me. The staff are amazing ! I would recommend Byron Dental Group 100% .
First time in a long time I have had an issue. Daughter had an appointment at 4:10 they told her if we get there by 4:20 they would see her. Called to let them know it would be 4:22 about and went in and took a picture. They decided they couldn't see her after driving in from Rochester and taking time off. I Hailey to have the office manager contact me and she instead argued with me about policies and how one of their hygienist had an appointment for a doctor.
