Dr. Duemler would be much better served with new staff, you have to continually remind them for weeks on end for a referral to a specialist. I’m still waiting after a month for one. Dr. Duemler listens to the patients concerns and spends whatever time is necessary.

My doctor is the best. Very concerned and very knowledgeable. Takes as much time as needed with each person, even when the girls page him to get moving. Love you girls.
Never feel rushed or hurried... staff is always out if their way helpful, especially Mary and Shannon!
We feel we are well-treated and cared for. Dr. Tobolic and staff have been great advocates for my son's health, helping us in the hospital setting and with specialist care as well. I really appreciate a provider who will answer all of my questions and is willing to research answers with me on the spot. They have also always gotten my son in to be seen extremely quickly whenever I've had a new concern.
Over all, it's average. My doctor is well mannered. Some of the office staff needs to trained better in bedside manner with its patients. Some of the girls there are on the rude side. Sometimes you have to be known when you're in the waiting room. They don't necessarily acknowledge you and ask if you've been helped. The doctor is attentive to the patient.
