Does not answer phones during office hours to new people trying to buy homes… I’m sure the next place will answer and want my money.
Updated; when life is already hard in this economy and they want to continually raise lot rent, yet no improvements. Increasing it by $39, which is beyond ridiculous! When i first moved in, in 2018 the rate increase per year was $25 nearly doubling. And then if I don't sign a lease I'm forced to spend another $39(this too used to only be $25 per month).
