Awesome service from Rob, and a very helpful / thorough walkthrough prior to pickup. Borrowed the Freedom van for a few days break, the van itself perhaps needs updating but it performs the job intended and is well supplied with utensils inside. We'd use Byron Campers again in the future

Overall I was quite disappointed with the cleanliness of our van hired from Byron Campers. On arrival there was mould on all of the window coverings, the air conditioning vents and fans were covered in thick dust, there were dirty dishes in the cupboards that required washing prior to use, a broken kitchen cupboard handle, a broken toilet roll holder and ants throughout the van. We hired Rapid Relaxation from Rob as accomodation for my sister and her family who were staying on our property for the weekend. Rob was a great person to deal with, was quick to get back to me with messages, delivered the van on time and set it up for us - which was all fantastic and smooth sailing. The van is spacious and very airy and cool. It is also very clean and comfortable and the layout of the van makes it great for a family. I highly recommend Rob and his business.
