first appointment - didn’t show up second appointment - cancelled 30 mins before i was supposed to be there no explanation ‘offered’ for me to come in today and then ignored my messages asking what time would not recommend, waste of time
My experience here was lovely ! The whitening is not too agressive with a natural finish, the gems are gorgeous and last long. 100% recommended
A month ago, I had booked an appointment and was planning to drive from Brisbane to Byron Bay for it. At 10 PM the night before, they messaged me saying my appointment was canceled. I had already made plans and scheduled everything in advance, especially since it was a three-hour drive. Canceling at the last minute was really frustrating. I don’t recommend it.
