They get 2 stars because they called back. Every thing else was painful. The simplest of requests made difficult. Lady was polite but just didn’t listen to what I was asking. Just wanted to talk at me. Anyway maybe you will have better dealings.
We had a great stay at one of the Byron Bay Agency properties. The place was lovely, everything was well organised, and the team were incredibly friendly with excellent communication throughout our stay. Would happily book with them again!!

The perfect house for our Christmas holiday. Great location and everything in the property was how we’d want it.
Fabulous apartment, great location and had everything we needed for nearly a week’s stay. We would be happy to stay there again. Only negative was the cleaner had left only one loo roll in one bathroom and none in the other (so weird and unusual). I called the rental office and they said someone would bring some loo rolls the following day, but we never got them. We just purchased some. It may have something to do with the fact that our stay was during the Xmas period, but possibly just an oversight.
