Room upgraded from room apartment to 2 room apartment - However another room was locked. Found used towel was still in the bathrooms, someone’s stinky shirt in bathroom. In 30 mins of arrival, Complained about that and requested a Cot. I came back in couple hours: And found: Baby cot left near door. Towel was still there, shirt moved from bedroom to living area but not taken away. Vacuum seems never done in the room. Full of dust everywhere. Bed frames, paintings and tables never wiped.

I am currently in bed at 10:30pm on 20th August 2026 and am trying to sleep. There is a operating worksite next door with heavy machinery and lights blaring. This has been operating all day despite the Sebel front desk Manager telling us they stop at 5:00pm and are unable to move us. THEY WON'T TELL YOU THIS WHEN BOOKING. STAY CLEAR AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL FOR YOUR/FAMILY SANITY. I would like to discuss this further with Sebel Management but front office do not listen to your concern.

Be aware there is MAJOR construction outside currently from 7.30-5.30 . The room itself is a good size, and location is very handy. Furniture and fittings are all extremely tired and in need of some maintenance and TLC . For the price we paid it was just OK, but the following were disappointing; found used nappy on balcony when checking in , oven not cleaned at all, fittings by pool missing/broken with exposed wires. In the centre of town. Reception staff so friendly. Rooms really clean and bed comfy. Nice sunny balcony. Thanks Marzia.
