Very friendly Great service
Extremely helpful when I called in with glasses that had accidentally been crushed and were completely unwearable. Carefully warmed them up and moved them back into shape. Saved me from disaster!
Went for an eye check. Rebecca was so warm, kind and attentive. She phoned me in person to follow up on the result of an issue that was detected. I felt fully looked after and cared for. The kind of touch and connection that might be rare to find... The rest of the team was also very nice, and the shop sparkling clean and pleasant. This was my second visit to them. I was impressed both times with their exceptional services.
Bought spectacles with Laminated Lenses, shortly after one lens Lamination came apart, it was fixed under Guarantee, just recently the Lamination on a lens came apart, was told that I needed tougher lens material for my type of frame, the cost $360, surely if they sold me something that were not comparable there shouldn’t be a cost to me, Not happy, Once Bitten!!!!
