Where do I even begin? I'll start with my first birth, we met Anna during her Hypnobirthing 2 day class, we learnt so much this weekend and I really felt empowered to go through labour. My partner and I completed the group hypnobirthing course with Anna. It was absolutely amazing! We loved how intimate the course was (Only 3 couples which was ideal) and how many deep and open discussions we could have with the other couples and Anna. My partner and I have walked away from Anna's course feeling a million times more confident about the birth of our baby. Could not recommend these guys enough . I went with just the short in home corse as I was just trying to find out the basics about birth I hadn’t quite wrapped my head around and my beautiful doula/ educator Anna helped me really understand what I was really in for and made me feel so comfortable with every out come I could have from my birth experience.
