He is a very good mechanic and very honey guy, but for some reason he doesn't respond to any of my text or phone calls when I'm trying to get my car fixed.
Very frustrating experience. The shop kept delaying the delivery of my car without giving a proper reason. When I finally got it back, there were still some minor issues that should have been checked before handing it over.
The pricing here feels quite high for the level of service provided. I expected professional work, but the results were average at best. There was also a lack of transparency in explaining the costs.
