Kylie and Johnny gave us the worst customer experience we had during our one-year stay in Australia. We were excited to finally do the legendary East Coast road trip by van, and fortunately, we still managed to have a wonderful journey. However, the negative aspects of this trip were entirely due to a complete lack of respect and professionalism from Johnny and Kylie. Excellent experience renting the Seadrift van for 2 days. It came equipped with all the camping essentials (chairs, table, cooking ware, gas stove, esky, linens, pillows, towels). In town pick-up and drop off was a breeze thanks to clear communication with the host. Felt like a wonderful value & would definitely use this company again!
We had a great stay in the van. We booked at the last minute and the hosts were very responsive and dropped off the van very quickly! Everything went well, the van is very well equipped and very clean! I thank the hosts again
Thank you for making ower dream come true. Driving and Exploring the east coast with Elysis was an amazing experience. Kylie - Ann was very kind and friendly - you can see that the vanbusiness she have is build from the bottem of her heart! The van has everything you need to have a great camping experience and looks cute as well. Triple win! Highly recommended
