Really good to enjoy byron and surroundings
Complete joke of a company! Booked a Vespa online for 1pm, booking confirmed. Then travelled to the collection address in an Uber costing $50 ,where no one was there, called the number to be told to wait an hour until they got back. Waited an hour then received a call stating they were cancelling our booking as they decided the bike wasn’t fit for purpose (Carrying 2 people on a 2 seater bike). Then had to get an uber back which cost an extra $50. Would not recommend, very unprofessional. Would leave zero stars if I could. C... read more
Worst van experience ever. The owners are very unprofessional and don’t care about your questions or issues while on the road. I don’t recommend this company at all.
Kylie and Johnny gave us the worst customer experience we had during our one-year stay in Australia. We were excited to finally do the legendary East Coast road trip by van, and fortunately, we still managed to have a wonderful journey. However, the negative aspects of this trip were entirely due to a complete lack of respect and professionalism from Johnny and Kylie.
