We have hired Byron multiple times in the past and considered ourselves loyal, repeat clients. We first connected with him after receiving his business card on our car approximately one to two years ago. Unfortunately, in our most recent experience, we paid him for a service that was never completed. Despite numerous attempts to reach him, we received no response. This lack of communication and follow-through is highly unprofessional and disappointing, particularly given our history as returning customers.

Working with Byron and his team was a great experience. When we first spoke, he heard my concerns about my situation and offered to get right on it.
