I cannot recommend Byron Acosta and his team at Acosta Hernandez enough. He is a phenomenal lawyer who really looked out for my best interests from start to finish. I retained Byron to assist my father in a highly time-sensitive bank foreclosure matter, and he and his team acted immediately. Through effective coordination with the bank, the Palm Beach County judicial system, realtors, and our family, he successfully avoided foreclosure. Overall, I had a successful outcome. Byron is knowledgeable in tenant–landlord matters and is excellent in citing case law. While some communications took longer than expected and we had hoped for a different path the end result was positive. I appreciated the effort and support throughout the process.
