I feel as if there was a degree of unprofessionalism in my interaction with this company, it took several weeks to get a reply, and that reply was basically “we are to busy to even consider the matter”. It seems this could have been said at the outset of the initial communication or even the second.
Helped us get some things figured out with our parents, he’s very easy to talk to. Assistant also very helpful, great at getting back to us and pleasant to do business with
