I was way overcharged by Byrnes ChemDry. I had a petstain on a new carpet that needed treating and my living room cleaned because I have a 3-year-old. I was quoted something like $250 on the phone for cleaning and enzyme treatment, but they ended charging me $390 for 2 rooms; easy work, no furniture moved.
