I was a Byrnes customer for many years. Was considering leasing a new vehicle as had rec'd. one too many recalls on the car I had. Before I made the decision to do so, I spoke to Robin, the agent I had always dealt with. She told me my policy would be going up by $1 per month as the new vehicle had several excellent safety features. So, I leased. Erica Williams was so rude to me. Very unprofessional person. Will be addressing this matter in higher up. She was also rude to not only myself but my boyfriend Ron. Will not use this company again.
