Horrible service. They claimed to be able to tix a Toto toilet. Came for a service call. Charge over 400.00. Said they would order a part. Had me take 5 pictures of the toilet so they could "order the part." I called back to follow up 4 times and they kept giving me the run around. "The plumber wasn't available." " They never heard back from Toto." This went on for over a month. Then they stopped answering the phone all together. If I could give a zero rating I would. Avoid at all costs!

Jerry is very knowledgeable! After digging up almost our entire yard to change the pipes, his workers returned the dirt and left everything even cleaner than when they had arrived. Definitely recommend.

Great Experience... Had a particularly difficult case.. I sold my house in the middle of boiler work...Byrne and Brothers worked with me and the work got done, despite many obstacles with new owners and Dept of Buildings. I an forever grateful and highly recommend this company, who showed me service PLUS compassion.

This was the worst experience I ever had with just requesting an estimate for a complete new boiler install. I had to wait an enoter week for an estimate I took the day off and about 3pm I called the receptionist she said she would call me right back and to no avail no call. I live 5 minutes from their offices. I was referred to this company by a neighbor who used their services two years ago. I will NEVER USE OR RECOMMEND!!!!
