Jerry is very knowledgeable! After digging up almost our entire yard to change the pipes, his workers returned the dirt and left everything even cleaner than when they had arrived. Definitely recommend.
Great Experience... Had a particularly difficult case.. I sold my house in the middle of boiler work...Byrne and Brothers worked with me and the work got done, despite many obstacles with new owners and Dept of Buildings. I an forever grateful and highly recommend this company, who showed me service PLUS compassion.
This was the worst experience I ever had with just requesting an estimate for a complete new boiler install. I had to wait an enoter week for an estimate I took the day off and about 3pm I called the receptionist she said she would call me right back and to no avail no call. I live 5 minutes from their offices. I was referred to this company by a neighbor who used their services two years ago. I will NEVER USE OR RECOMMEND!!!!
On 11/19/19 I got a boiler installed by Byrne & Sons. On 11/20/19 I called them back to express that the boiler wasn’t coming on when it was set to come on by the thermostat. On 11/21/19 the owner came by with an attitude to check it out. It just so happened that when he came the heat was on. I explained that the heat wasn’t actually supposed to be on as I had set it on the thermostat to be off. He was at my house for about all of 5 minutes. 10/20/20 - UPDATE - The manufacturer (Dunkirk Boilers/ECR International) of the boiler system that Bryne was recommended by had to come to my home to evaluate why after I spent $16,000 with Byrne the system still does not provide heating, hot water and snow melt. They indicated that the work that Bryne performed was poorly engineered and not done correctly. They recommended another HVAC company to remediate the incompetent work done by Byrne.
