Horrible service. They claimed to be able to tix a Toto toilet. Came for a service call. Charge over 400.00. Said they would order a part. Had me take 5 pictures of the toilet so they could "order the part." I called back to follow up 4 times and they kept giving me the run around. "The plumber wasn't available." " They never heard back from Toto." This went on for over a month. Then they stopped answering the phone all together. If I could give a zero rating I would. Avoid at all costs!

Jerry is very knowledgeable! After digging up almost our entire yard to change the pipes, his workers returned the dirt and left everything even cleaner than when they had arrived. Definitely recommend.

Great Experience... Had a particularly difficult case.. I sold my house in the middle of boiler work...Byrne and Brothers worked with me and the work got done, despite many obstacles with new owners and Dept of Buildings. I an forever grateful and highly recommend this company, who showed me service PLUS compassion.

On 11/19/19 I got a boiler installed by Byrne & Sons. On 11/20/19 I called them back to express that the boiler wasn’t coming on when it was set to come on by the thermostat. On 11/21/19 the owner came by with an attitude to check it out. It just so happened that when he came the heat was on. I explained that the heat wasn’t actually supposed to be on as I had set it on the thermostat to be off. He was at my house for about all of 5 minutes.
