Michael had helped me out with my new car I brought from GWM Kedron, there where a couple of dents and paint chips, after countless calls to GWM my car sales man, and no calls back and no help, Michael had taken on the task to get pain and dents fixed within that same week and at a fantastic price ! I couldn’t the more thankful for the effort made for a customer that wasn’t even his to begin with. I will definitely be back and I recommend him to anyone that goes through ford used cars
Car was not ready. I told them in advance the week what day I would be down to collect the car. The car was dirty inside full of dust. They tried to clean it quickly when we got there. A little bit disappointing.
Bought a Ford Everest Platinum from Michael at Byrne ford and the service was exceptional from the moment i rang up and inquired about the car i was interested in , Michael is not your typical car salesman he's super lovely transparent and trustworthy and definitely manger material!! I can't speak highly enough of the team at Byrne Ford used cars. I dealt with Anthony. This dealership was not pushy. I could stop right there. Very easy to deal with, happy to answer my questions, I felt valued. I had some other business to clear before my purchase, they were patient and also offered me some polite suggestions with it. The aftermarket "push" was merely a showing of what i could buy but never once was it forced on me.
