Very very unhappy with the service, and still waiting for my spare key, was promised they will mail it to me when I collected the ute, this was 4 weeks ago. been trying to call the salesman Luke Holland, not answering my call (typical car salesman). Look guys I just wanted my spare key, don't worry once I get them you will never hear anything from me ever because I am not going to do business with you
We recently bought a used car from Byrne Ford Kedron. Through the initial stages service was good and we felt we received a fair price. However what let their customer service down was the small things - despite promises to; fix a ding in the car door that happened in the car yard and to obtain a battery health report, neither ended up happening. He went above and beyond to find the right car to suit both my needs and budget. His communication was excellent, and he maintained a positive and relaxed demeanour throughout the entire process.

Michael had helped me out with my new car I brought from GWM Kedron, there where a couple of dents and paint chips, after countless calls to GWM my car sales man, and no calls back and no help, Michael had taken on the task to get pain and dents fixed within that same week and at a fantastic price ! I couldn’t the more thankful for the effort made for a customer that wasn’t even his to begin with. I will definitely be back and I recommend him to anyone that goes through ford used cars
