This is one of the worst car yards in Brisbane.. Absolute scammers run this place. They will sell you cars with major problems and then refuse to fix. They lie about their cars and then once they lock you in they treat you like a turd.. They steal accessories off your car after you bought it ( before pickup) and hope you don't notice that they put those accessories on another car they want to sell.. DO NOT EVEN LOOK AT THIS DEALER IF YOU WANT A GOOD CAR! seriously untrustworthy and dishonest liars. Please go elsewhere!
We bought our car here and it was easily one of the most positive interactions I’ve had with a car salesperson in my life. Callie was genuine, friendly, and great to deal with. She wasn’t interested in feeding us BS, just in making sure we were happy with the deal, and we certainly are. If you want to buy a good used car and not get ripped off, then head to Byrne Ford used cars and talk to Callie.
Recently purchased 2024 Everest Platinum with David. Car is great and am really happy with it. Overall the experience with David and Byrne Ford has been good. Vanessa is a bit pushy on the phone with all the pre delivery add on options, she also needs to come up with a new sales pitch, it appears all her friends have had catastrophic events happen to their cars that would have all been significantly cheaper to repair if they had these specific add on options. We bought a 2024 RAV4 GXL from Byrne Ford sight unseen. We were guided by Roshi Brown who was honest about the cars condition and it turned out to be an excellent car. Roshi was easy to deal with & went out of his way to make our purchase a pleasant experience. We will be recommending Rosh to our friends. Also like to thank Calli Hughes for her excellent mud mapping as we had to visit a bank in another suburb that we were unfamiliar with and Google was no help
Very very unhappy with the service, and still waiting for my spare key, was promised they will mail it to me when I collected the ute, this was 4 weeks ago. been trying to call the salesman Luke Holland, not answering my call (typical car salesman). Look guys I just wanted my spare key, don't worry once I get them you will never hear anything from me ever because I am not going to do business with you
