Had my car towed there as it wouldn’t start and beeping at me with a spanner signal. I checked they could fit me in and they said yes no problem. I got no call to say they had received my car, I had to call them to make sure they did. 4 days of fobbing me off saying they are waiting for the service foreman to let them know when they can fit my car in .
