Hubby and I came in cash-ready for a new Ford Raptor, but there wasn’t a single employee in sight. After 10 minutes walking through the showroom and car park, the one person we flagged looked completely uninterested and offered no information unless hubby asked, no test drive, nothing. Really disappointing and unwelcoming customer service. We bought elsewhere.

Now on my second deal with this place, Byrne Ford Kedron .. and now 4 new cars purchased in 5 years max I have been forced today to rewrite my review, as my XLT keeps playing up with the computer side of it, and I have now gone completely out of my way to get service at North Lakes, who I'll add are fantastic. Highly recommend. 10/10 service right from the start! The automated online response to booking a test drive made it so simple and easy, being welcomed as soon as the team saw me walk in, Jackson & Ben were both so friendly and helped me drive out the same day with my ‘new’ car! I had been putting off replacing my 13 year old car for a long time but Jackson & Ben both made it possible, easy and straight forward. The service from Byrne Ford was beyond exceptional. Thank you!
