We traded in a car and bought another one from here. We decided on the car we wanted after test driving it. We got a tint so there was a short wait before being able to pick up the car. We added the extended Ford warranty on top. We dealt with Roshi who was professional and friendly.
Very underwhelming experience while trying to buy a new car. Went in last Saturday to look at a car advertised as available. Was told it was being driven by the dealer principal and it would be back on Monday and the salesman said he would phone me to confirm when I could drive it. I also asked about looking into a SWB version of the same model as I wanted to consider both. Monday came and went, still no call to this day! We booked in to come and do a test drive on a $70,000 used car, but when we arrive the guy was super rude. He asked “are you going to buy it today?”. I said maybe but I don’t know until I’ve driven it. He said nice test drives were only for new cars and he was very rude. He Wouldn’t value our trade in when the guy on the phone said they would do it. Thing is I wanted to buy the car but there is no way I would buy anything from him.
