I would not recommend them. I attempted to purchase a vehicle through this company and was contacted by Noah, who advised he would follow up with a trade-in price. That call never came. Subsequent attempts to follow up by phone went completely unanswered. This level of disregard for a potential customer is unprofessional and speaks volumes about how this business operates.
Recently purchased a new Ford Ranger unseen through Byrne Ford from afar. Brad made the entire process incredibly easy and stress free, especially considering I wasn’t able to view the car beforehand. Could not recommend Brad highly enough 10/10
Geoff was very friendly, helpful, and professional. No hard sell. Being able to reserve the car was a bonus as there weren't many 2024 RAV 4s around and I wasn't able to get to the car yard straight away. I'd buy from TWG again.
