I love Byrne Dairy. I grew up in the Syracuse area so Im loyal to the brand. This location is a beautiful newer store. The employees though, leave so much to be desired. The staff are incredibly slow and dont acknowledge you. You won't be greeted. The cashier wont even tell you your total. One time I paid for my purchase and was waiting for my slice of pizza when i had to ask the employee to stop talking to her co-worker so i can get my food and leave (mind you there was a line behind me too). Disgusting. Urine all over the bathroom floors. Smell of feces and unclean baby changing stations. Staff not taking care of customers despite lines. Prepared food consistently kept well after expiration time. Terrible, unsafe, unsanitary location
