I visit the Newark location five days a week on my way to work. I also used to work at this location for two years and was a part of the grand opening, from an ex employee perspective, this place has gone downhill exponentially. I no longer eat here. Just this morning I watched the cashier/deli associate who was making food, handle money and ring customers out....dirty money, with her gloves on. Lost money in the lottery machine. Going on a week trying to get it back. Heard every excuse in the corporate excuse book. Even called corporate office lady was nice but you need to talk to my manager Colleen , ok that’s alright . I left a voicemail and of course no call back. Customer no service at its best. So far I’ve been told 3 times someone will call you back. So far 0 for 3.
