Brent and his team were amazing. (Wyoming location).I finally getting a car and this time under my name. They worked with me to get approved with a minimum amount and help me get insurance because I had not car insurance in my name for a long time.
I had the most wonderful experience at byrider some car places you try to do business with only cares about the money Brent was very patient and professional took his time and made sure I was happy and got the vehicle I wanted GREAT EXPERIENCE. James was absolutely amazing!! I bought my vehicle from the kalamazoo location, they misdiagnosed my car so he ran into multiple issues just fixing the break switch. He was polite and he communicated with me frequently to update me. I highly recommend this location they will make sure your taken care of.
