Great place, not what you would think for a car dealership. They're super helpful, way cheaper for maintenance and labor and all the staff is great! Really appreciate their service! Over the course of 4 years being a customer here, I can say I GREATLY APPRECIATE the staff and the mechanic Chris. He does a great job with communicating and returning calls/explaining everything in lamens terms so I know exactly what is needed. Zeke and Amanda made it easy to get into a new vehicle. I told them what I was looking for. They had 2. I picked the one I wanted. I told them how much money I had to work with and they both made it work. So far, very impressed! Had a few separate problems with the vehicle but zeke helped and so did pat Update!! My fiance and I have been with byrider for some time now and Amanda is amazing! Shes the one person we have had the majority of the time to help us with any issues. She busts her butt and deserves a raise! If she ever left id be worried we would never have such good experiences again there.
Our mechanic Chris did an amazing job keeping us updated on the progress he was making, throughly explaining the issues with the car and the exact cost of each repair. I have never had such a great experience having car fixed!
BE AWARE OF Amanda!!! She locked my 20 year old daughter into a car payment of $750 a month for a 2013 focus! Although my daughter was a first stone car buyer you’d think Amanda would have steered her into the right direction, but no she was your typical scammer car salesman. I will never suggest anyone ever do business her. She was rude and nasty and would not work with my daughter by no means.
