My fiance and I have been with byrider for some time now and Amanda is amazing! Shes the one person we have had the majority of the time to help us with any issues. She busts her butt and deserves a raise! If she ever left id be worried we would never have such good experiences again there.
Our mechanic Chris did an amazing job keeping us updated on the progress he was making, throughly explaining the issues with the car and the exact cost of each repair. I have never had such a great experience having car fixed!
BE AWARE OF Amanda!!! She locked my 20 year old daughter into a car payment of $750 a month for a 2013 focus! Although my daughter was a first stone car buyer you’d think Amanda would have steered her into the right direction, but no she was your typical scammer car salesman. I will never suggest anyone ever do business her. She was rude and nasty and would not work with my daughter by no means. She was nice to my mother when my mother paid a few payments to keep my daughter a float. But not my daughter. My daughter lost her... read more
Great customer service in trying to help someone get a vehicle when they have never gone to a dealership before.
I was able to walk in and pick out a new vehicle to me. Amanda and Brian were a lot of help.
