Great place, not what you would think for a car dealership. They're super helpful, way cheaper for maintenance and labor and all the staff is great! Really appreciate their service! Over the course of 4 years being a customer here, I can say I GREATLY APPRECIATE the staff and the mechanic Chris. He does a great job with communicating and returning calls/explaining everything in lamens terms so I know exactly what is needed. Zeke and Amanda made it easy to get into a new vehicle. I told them what I was looking for. They had 2. I picked the one I wanted. I told them how much money I had to work with and they both made it work. So far, very impressed! Had a few separate problems with the vehicle but zeke helped and so did pat Update!! Originally I gave 5 stars. However, I've had my car for about 6 months. They put something on the front fender to cover the fact that it was covered in rust and rusted out! I'm not happy at all! My fiance and I have been with byrider for some time now and Amanda is amazing! Shes the one person we have had the majority of the time to help us with any issues. She busts her butt and deserves a raise! If she ever left id be worried we would never have such good experiences again there.
