The price of the warranty is built into the loan. I was informed that they would no longer be honoring my warranty even though I still have 2 years remaining. Customers are given a phone number to call which is actually the number to the finance company. They in turn tell you that the dealership never registered your warranty. This can't be legal.
They don't back there warranty. They send you to a different finance company and then tell you that you no longer have a warranty on the vehicle. It's been over a month of trying to get my car to be seen or worked on but no luck. Don't go to JD byrider
Started off great til I called in about a problem with their vehicle a couple days after having the vehicle, now they avoid every call I make to them for maintenance or anything what’s so ever. If I could give a negative 100 I would this dealership is a scam it's been the worse mistake I have ever made when they sold me the car they tend to tell u their warranty coverage is bper to bumper except for reg maintenance it's a ******* lie they act like they are there to help you but it's the opesite they just want ur money I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone they truly are a *******dealership very rude to their customers after u purchase the vehicle their attitude changes ****THIS PLACE
My car isrotted so badly that there are holes as big as a soft ball but passed inspection no problem last year. This year they said it won’t pass . This is when I found out about the rotting….so why did my car pass inspection all those other times ? There is NO way the whole underside of my bumper be that corroded like it is in one year!! Honestly a zero would be best to describe them. They sell **** cars that dont pass inspection when they are supposed to. I wasted over 12,000 on this piece of **** jeep because they said and i quote "we did not have good mechanics at that time, but we have all new staff that want to make sure the vehicle is safe" I am looking to still sue them as they should have given me all that money back considering my vehicle was rotted from all underneath.
