If only stars came with a zero rating I'd give Byrider five stars. The car I bought broke down three weeks after I got it. Stayed in the shop over one month and the payments continued. The facility had to get Spirit Jeep to fix the car after multiple attempts by the Byrider Mechanics, and the car still would not turn on. Was told the car was fixed two weeks into the ordeal, and also told the car needed thekeyfob reprogrammed, but their guy that does keys is only there on Mondays.
