I cannot say enough great things about Tim Tealer, Brandy, and Ali at Byrider Killeen. From the moment my wife and I walked in, we were treated with respect, honesty, and genuine care. Tim, Ali, and Brandy were truly outstanding. Car shopping is something that usually makes me very anxious, but they went above and beyond to advocate for my husband and me every step of the way. We are incredibly grateful for their dedication, patience, and support throughout the process. We drove away in a 2015 Chevy Impala, which exceeded all of my expectations.
