I first dealt with Keelan who is a salesman. I liked a certain car which was a red 2012 Jeep Wrangler Sport 121,000 miles. I told him that this particular vehicle is the only one I'm interested in. He ask me what I wanted to put down for a down payment and I said $500 and I did a credit application. I am a cosigner on a vehicle through JD Byrider. Ive had the car for two weeks me and my brother-in-law since weve had the vehiclewe purchased it in January 2025. Ive had to replace all four coil packs. All four plugs. Had an oil change done, and They said they had just done an oil change that my oil change wasnt necessary when I had my oil changed done. I purchased a 2011 Jeep Liberty back in December of 2023. To start of with the GASCAP indicator came on the dash. Took it to the service department and was told that I would have to pay for the repair, because it was not covered under warranty. So that problem still hasn't been fixed two years later. The sun roof leaked and stained the roof on the inside. Took it and they stated they fixed it and removed the stains on the inside of roof. The first time it rained, the roof stained again. If there was a way to leave 0 stars I would because that’s giving them too much recognition anyway… but this company has got to be THE WORST dealership not only just in wv but as a whole. They sell u 10+ year old cars that already have issues just waiting on you to see if you’ll figure it out or pay a bunch to get it fixed. These ppl play like they care that you’re having issues with the vehicle THEY sold u but really don’t. The service department is the worse I’ve ever had to experience. They said my car would be done in two weeks, and it’s still sitting in the parking lot a month later. And you would think as a dealership they would be willing to give you a rental, as they had a rental program when I purchased the vehicle but they state they no longer will allow that. Please do NOT get a vehicle from this company. NO compassion whatsoever for their customers. I have had my car for 1 year (no missed payments at all!!!) might I add I was having issue with my car immediately after getting it but I really want to speak on being late with a payment. In this economy EVERYONE is struggling and TRYING no one is just sitting on their ass! I wish I can say 0 stars I got a car from here 2 years ago I had problems immediately. I was stuck paying for my car note and repairs at the same time for 2 years. The car finally broke down completely and they did not care. All they cared about was the money. My car would overheat, muffler, issues battery replaced twice which was $125 each time, wheel bearing replaced on both sides, water pump replaced, when replacing tires the screws would not come off so had to take it to mechanic to remove tires, bad oil leak had to buy ... read more
