I have been coming here for years, but recently the dentist who always saw me left, and has been replaced by a different one. I had an appointment to replace a mouthguard for bruxism, that had been given to me on the NHS. I assumed that as the last one was available under the NHS, this one would be too, and no-one told me any differently before the impressions were taken and the mouthguard made.
