En route to Reno on a timeline for a filming commitment, my trailer smoked a bearing, which got so hot it welded the spindle nut right onto the axle Got to Byrds at 9pm, they graciously let me sleep in my trailer in the parking lot, which is well lit. Charlie Byrd and his crew were on my trailer like a nascar put crew when they walked in the door at 8am. and despite needing a new axle and other worn out parts, had me back on the road at 5pm the same day, which allowed me to still make my committed time for the filming job. Did a great job replacing both my water pump and propane regulator. Found a problem with my toilet and replaced it also. Everything was done timely and at a good price. Very satisfied.
If you value your time and honest upfront business practices then skip these guys. Or if you have slide out issues skip them as well because they are afraid to tackle a slide out issue, all of them. It took them 3 weeks to call me back and set a repair date then THEY FAILED TO SHOW UP TO THE DATE AND TIME THEY SET WITH ME. Even after I called them the afternoon on day they were supposed to show up their boss lied to me telling me they are going to show up well THEY STILL DIDN'T SHOW UP.
