What an absolute NIGHTMARE this company is. The state troopers called this company for a tow after specifically saying we needed someone with travel trailer experience. The state troopers assured us they would get the right tow company. They also stated the cost would be $250-270. Byrds showed up and immediately stated they couldn’t help but they “knew a guy.” Without our consent or speaking to us regarding cost he called “his guy” to get us a tire. My daughter was involved in an accident when the box truck they were pulling crossed the center lane and struck our vehicle. They claim they were stopped and hooking the truck up from an accident. The accident was not even on the same road! They didn’t hook it up correct and it was running half across the center line as they were pulling it down the road.
