We recently purchased a Frigidaire freezer from a different dealer in Huntsville. The freezer was frosting over due to a door seal issue. We filed a warranty claim with Frigidaire. Frigidaire contacted Byrd Appliances to perform the warranty service as Byrd is an authorized Frigidaire service agent. Byrd flat out declined/refuse to offer service unless it was cash in advance. I called yesterday because dryer died… and less than 24 hours later I have a working dryer! Great service! Nobody else wanted to deal with my samsung!
Mr bird is the best around. Reliable honest and hard-working. I highly recommend him.
