My tile contractor mentioned Byrd Tile when he came to look at our project. Demi made the tile selection process really easy. I called and set up an appointment for the next day. There is a large selection, and many of the tiles are available in multiple sizes. This was important for us, because we wanted the same tile throughout the bathrooms, but large format tiles on the bathroom floors and smaller tiles on the shower walls. Katherine was wonderful to work with. She was very knowledgeable about the tile and knew exactly which direction to lead me in when I explained what I was looking for. She was so pleasant and patient. I would never want to go anywhere else for my tile needs. She is the greatest.
I was referred by my contractor to Catherine at Byrd Tile. Wow!! I had an idea of what I had in mind, provided sample photos, and she most definitely delivered. She knew exactly what to show me and the customer service was top tier! The materials we reviewed for my master bath were beautiful!! We used Byrd Tile Distributors for two bathrooms for our new home and Demi Garris , their designer, did a great job listening to our thoughts and bringing us samples to view to create a fabulous shower.
