It's under new ownership from a company based out of Miami. They are selling the trailers as is. Just know you can't get a hold of them. The trailers are in horrible shape. And we are infested with roaches, termites, and now mice thanks to brightline terraforming for the railroad. It's a quiet neighborhood surrounded by homeless and drug addicts.
