Beware, Poor management, nobody answers you. Managers keep quitting, sewer and termite problems and hard to get deposit back. Stay clear.
Made an appointment to look at trailers twice and both times management never showed up.
Horrible management
It's a friendly and quiet chilled mobile home park near plenty of restaurants and stores too, plus near main roads to Port Canaveral Cruise Ship's Terminals and Famous Cocoa Beach.
New management has definitely made a difference in this community. I want to say thank you to the new management for working on communication safety and making this community a better place things were different in the past, but there’s always room for change and finally changes here. We all appreciate it, and look forward to working with you to make this community one I want to stay in.
