Don't waste your time, don't move in here. Left due to all the issues. Final straw was I was late for work because my vehicle got stuck. There is no stones, just grass & red clay. Anytime it rains your vehicle will get stuck. Shouldn't have to step in dog feces when I don't even own a dog. There are two dogs running loose all the time. Does no good to tell the owner of the dogs or the owner of the property. Only time you will see Bill is when he wants to collect money.
