Ian was great! He provided refreshments inside the limo as well as came early! Me and some friends rented the limo for homecoming and it was amazing! 10/10 no complaints
Used them last weekend for a ride to and from a concert. Very old Crown Vic. No charging ports no real radio seats were all the way back on my legs. Very uncomfortable ride. Driver Art was lazy and instead of picking us up from the drop off location he had us walk in heels looking for him. He lied and said he wasn't allowed to pick us up from the drop off point but all the taxi's ubers and other private cars were able to pick up their people at that same location. I just love Byrd Limousine Service! Whether it’s for two people or many more Byrd Limousine is my go-to!! I just recently used their service for my birthday out in Buena Park. The ride was very smooth and the driver (Art) was friendly and professional. I’ve used their services for over 13 years, from proms (4 of them), a concert, a memorial service, a bridal party, a wedding and my Bday. That’s why I love them!!!
