Dyer and the surrounding area is fortunate to have a gym like Byrd Fitness. The products offered are great and if one doesn't understand the benefits of them, the staff answers gives understandable information. The equipment is great and again, if one is new to a gym, staff are ready and able to help. The personal training is designed with the individual's needs and goals in mind. Support and the occasional "cheerleading" is genuine and consistent. Highly recommend!

I love everything about this gym! The awesome staff, personal trainers that really know their stuff, and members that treat everyone like family. The security is great and I feel safe while I’m working out during unstaffed hours. They also offer supplements, meals, and other great products to everyone, no membership needed! Not much bad can be said about this gym. The gym overall is great with even better owners, who genuinely care about the gym experience of their members and gym cleanliness. The owners have been very responsive to my questions on their gym's FB page. The only con with the gym is that it is on the smaller side, with that being said the owners have made great use of the available space in the facility.
