We are extremely pleased with our recent bathroom remodel. Chase Byrd Construction was on point with our bathroom vision. We had a troublesome placed window in our guest bathroom. The remodel was definitely needed. Chase and his team brought both experience and expertise to our home. It was very nice being able to pick out and design alongside the very competent team. I highly recommend Byrd Construction, so happy with our project.
Byrd Construction came to me while installing a new roof in my development, and asked me if I would be interested in replacing my antiquated Airconditioning unit. After a few phone conversation they installed and fine tuned a name brand unit that saved me hundreds. During this entire process their representative would contact me and discuss their progress. Great company.
Chase and his guys did an incredible job transforming my old dreary patio into the centerpiece and best part of my home. From planning to design, communication and follow through, he exceeded expectations in every way. I’ve probably worked with 75+ contractors over the years and Chase is in the top 1% of contractors and I would recommend him to family and friends with zero hesitation

Chase and crew did a wonderful job on our new deck with stairs! Used good quality supplies, built very safe and sturdy. And it is just beautiful! I would highly recommend!
