Tue and Thuŕ from 1300-1500, they do medpros. Walk in anytime during those hours to get hearing, vision, or any other services done.
They had me wait for an hour just to tell me the cannot do Labs after 14:00. I got there at 13:15.

1) Called to sched. an appoint. for glasses. 2) Took over an hour to get a chance to talk to someone and schedule an appointment; I was down to 2nd in line (*FROM 30!), **AND THEY HUNG UP ON ME** 3) quickly called back: **I WAS BACK TO #30!** 4) Suggestions: a) give the option for the line to give you a call back when you are like #2 or #5 (even if you still have to wait, it’s better than nothing!) b) have them just call you when your cue is #1 c) there’s prob’s other options I haven’t thought of yet. **Still: I appreciate T... read more
