I’ve taken my truck to James twice for repairs and can’t recommend his services enough. 10/10 he does an exceptional job and would recommend him for anyone’s automotive repairs.

After calling several automotive shops around the area I decided to take my mom’s car it to Byrd Automotive. The AC had stopped working and the thermostat was not registering. James knew exactly what was wrong. He was fast, friendly, and very knowledgeable. He had my mom’s car back to me in just a few hours. I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs a good and honest auto mechanic. It’s nice to find good and honest people you can trust. I plan on using Byrd Automotive for all my auto needs in the future.
This was our first time using Bird automotive. James, the mechanic was very knowledgeable and professional. He gave us a written estimate before any work was done to our car, that way there were no hidden costs. We gave our approval to work on our car and him and his staff kept us informed on any progress. He kept his word on the date that he said he would finish. We are very pleased with his work, we will definitely use them again. We highly recommend Byrd automotive. We found our mechanic!
